About 15 years ago, you could easily find cars like these just sitting around at local repair shops and body shops in my neighborhood. Usually, the shop owners had their own strong brand preferences—in this case, the owner was a die-hard Nissan fan.
If you asked him, "Are you willing to sell these?", he’d casually reply, "Yeah, sure." It wasn't like he was fiercely guarding them as garage queens.
The asking price back then made me hesitate and think it over for a bit. But looking back at those prices today? It’s so cheap I can only laugh.
Before I knew it, this body shop had closed down, and whatever happened to these cars remains a mystery to this day.
